Where are your products made and shipped from?

The Happy Argument Co. products are designed in Australia but manufactured all around the world. Your product will be shipped directly from the closest manufacturer which means your products will always get to you as quick as possible, yay!

What is your returns/exchange policy?

We accept returns in the case of faulty or damaged products. If an order arrives damaged, or you believe it is faulty in any way, please use the contact form within 14 days of delivery to describe your issue and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. 

Are your phone cases flexible or hard plastic? 

Hard plastic! Our cases are designed to be durable so have a dual layered material for extra protection. The outer coat is made from specialist impact resistant plastic which is extremely strong and lightweight. A black flexible silicone inner gives additional shock absorption.

Our cases will always completely cover the phone and are raised at the front to protect the screen when face down.

I don't see my device on the options list, what can I do?

Our device options are based on the design and what cases are available from the supplier. If you don't see your device listed, please feel free to email thehappyargumentco@gmail.com with your request and we'll do our best to work something out. 

What currencies can I pay with? 

You can choose either AUD, EURO, GBP or USD and the price will be based on the exchange rate on the day of your purchase. This means you can make payment and receive refunds in your local currency.


Can you do custom orders or pieces?

Yes we certainly do! Please email your request to thehappyargumentco@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accomodate!
